I have found that there is a magic time in my yard. Sometime in April, and usually before May, there is always a day or two where the dandelions seem to wake up from winter and bloom all at once. My yard is covered with dandelion blooms. If I catch this magical moment, I can collect enough dandelion flowers in just fifteen or twenty minutes to make wine. This little book follows the wine making process from picking the flowers to storing the finished wine.
